Community Gathering for Racial Justice - The Cost of Forgetting: Why Anti-Blackness Still Defines America

  • Somerville Community Growing Center 22 Vinal Avenue Somerville, MA, 02143 United States (map)

Join the Somerville Community Growing Center for an evening of connection and dialogue as we gather to advance racial justice in Somerville. This workshop asks you not just to think—but to feel. Not just to discuss—but to notice what lives inside your bodies, your memories, and your instincts. The work of ending anti-Blackness starts with truth. And truth begins in you.

Explore how folks can work together to address injustice locally and support virtual training and dialogue opportunities through the RJC.

Together, you will create a shared space to decide what matters most and what we are ready to work on collectively. All are welcome. Come as you are, bring your voice, and be part of shaping the next chapter for Somerville’s racial justice movement.

Please confirm your participation in the Community Gathering for Racial Justice by filling out the RSVP form.

RSVPs won't close, but responses by Wednesday, June 4 are appreciated.
