Workout with Bad to the Barre in the comfort of your living room!
Bad to the Barre combines barre, dance, and pilates moves to work the entire body. The upbeat hip-hop music will elevate your mood, push you to keep going ---and provide you with the best workout.
You'll need: a Laptop Computer(with a good internet connection), a high back chair, lite weights (or 2 soup cans), a yoga mat (or a thick towel), and a REASONABLE AMOUNT OF FLOOR SPACE.
