Every human experiences trauma and stress, and our minds are filled with habits, judgments and preconcious reactions that may prevent you from being at your best. Neurosculpting uses the brain’s natural neuroplasticity to release these stresses and transform your habitual reactions.
In Introduction to Neurosculpting you will learn about why your brain does what it does. You will learn how to use your brain’s natural neuroplasticity to create a better mindset with new neural networks of your choosing and leave with tools to strengthen these networks anytime.
This workshop will start with a 30 minute brain talk followed by two 20 minute Neurosculpting meditations. All classes are suitable for beginners. Join in-person or live online.
