As we head into the holiday season, Kendyll Hillegas is excited to announce a new series of paintings featuring Boston's versions of 10 iconic foods. Food is a central part of our lives throughout the year, but its communal pull is even more present during the holidays. To celebrate this, Kendyll has connected with some of the city’s most delicious and exciting eateries who’ve agreed to let her create art based on their food, including Flour Bakery+Cafe, Gracie's Ice Cream and Mei Mei Restaurant. The illustrations will be shown all at Gracie's Ice Cream with an opening reception on November 29 at 7pm. 

And in that spirit of community and connection that sharing food during the holidays can bring, 100% of the profits from sales at the show will go to support Community Servings — an organization that provides healthy, handmade meals for individuals and families living with critical and chronic illness.
