There aren’t many among us that need to look back further than a generation or two to remember that our families have not always been American. In the restaurant, this is highlighted even more as we work with a multitude of new immigrants to the United States, or first generation members of immigrant families.
This event falls right in the middle of our two week celebration of Persian New Year highlighting the cuisine and heritage of co-owner Katrina Jazayeri very specifically. We have decided to also host this casual Monday supper event featuring family style dishes prepared by our staff in honor of all of our heritage. Tickets are $35 and available atwww.julietsomerville.com and include a donation to the Student Immigration Movement. A cash bar will be available.
Celebrate Union’s character, meet more neighbors, and help make local businesses’ registers sing! For more details, follow us on social. See you in the Square!
