The party starts with a warm up to upbeat music (to get you motivated and heart rate ready), and sequence of upper-body exercises using light free weights, push-ups and planks.
Our seat series follows, using the ballet barre and/or floor to lift the butt and lean the legs. We finish off the seat with a killer abs section to chisel the abs.
This class will truly transform your body in 2 weeks!
Open to ALL levels and no dance experience is required.
Note: Bare Feet for this class (or sticky socks).
