MOTA currently offer two types of yoga classes for teens:
Strong Flow: These classes occur every Monday and Thursday through the summer. Students can expect to practice mindfulness as well as move with breath alongside yoga postures. We will hold poses for 5-8 breaths to build strength, practice patience & self awareness.
Active Rest for Athletes: These classes occur every Tuesday through the summer and are catered towards teen athletes. Students can expect to experience deep stretching, slower movements to calm the mind and body & Yoga Nidra for guided relaxation.
