Founder, Anna Gaul, a graduate of Tufts University and The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, started Tipping Cow in Medford, Massachusetts in August 2013.

Known for its new and unusual flavors, Tipping Cow uses nothing but eggs, diary, and sugar in its ice cream bases - avoiding all additives, extracts, and preservatives.  The products are kept as pure as possible and in each batch, highlights one unusual flavor such as sweet corn, basil, or oatmeal.
