Today, everybody is at risk of being a victim of random violence or targeted physical, emotional, and mental assault.  Join Villari’s Self Defense Center for a special class that will help you become more physically confident, mentally strong and increase awareness. 

This class is for students of all ages – elementary school, middle school, high school and college as well as parents and adults, and is being offered as a community service with no cost or obligation. No prior experience required and all participants should wear comfortable clothing. Also, a free safety keychain and class showing how to utilize it will be given to the first 25 to register!
