ENTER:
Prepare a campaign
speech of no more than 300 words explaining why you should be our leader
and how you will stick to your campaign promises. Alliteration and
rhyme is particularly encouraged.
Arrive at the
festival between 4 and 4:30 pm with three copies of your statement to
register your candidacy.
Glad hand with the
crowd to secure their votes at our special polling station. If you gain enough
endorsements you'll be selected to speak before the crowds.
The
winner will be formally sworn in at 6:30 from the Main Stage by City
Clerk John Long -- there he is pictured below -- and crowned by a magnificent creation
by local creative masters
