What the Fluff? A Tribute to Union Square Invention

COOKING CONTEST

2006 Winner

Jill Downer's Grand Prize Winning Whoopie Pies

Cake Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1 egg
1 cup milk
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 baking soda
1 tsp vanilla

Mix all of the above ingredients and drop by spoonfuls
onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.

Filling Ingredients:
1 2/3 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 small jar Fluff
1 tsp vanilla

The above amounts are estimates. I use them as a
guideline and then adjust to taste.
Allow the cakes to cool and then spread the filling
between two cakes.

And then invite some friends over because you don't
want to eat them all yourself!
